By using the Creator Unit creator platform, accessing this website, or connecting your social accounts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Creator Unit is operated by GRNRM Talent Network Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Bengaluru, India ("Creator Unit", "we", "us" or "our"). The creator platform (the "Platform") helps creators ("you" or "Creator") discover brand marketing campaigns, connect their social accounts to verify their audience, and apply to campaigns. The Platform is free for creators to use.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to apply to campaigns, and the Platform is not directed to children under 13. You must own or be authorized to manage any social account you connect, and the information you provide must be accurate and your own.
2. Connecting your social accounts
To use the Platform you connect an Instagram and/or YouTube account through the platform's own official login (Instagram via Meta, YouTube via Google). By connecting an account, you authorize us to access your public profile and statistics in order to verify your audience and match you with campaigns, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never receive your password and never post on your behalf. You can disconnect an account at any time. Your use of Instagram and YouTube remains subject to those platforms' own terms.
3. Applying to campaigns
You may apply to open campaigns on the Platform. When you apply, the brand running that campaign can view your connected profile and statistics in order to review your application. Applying does not guarantee that you will be selected, offered work, or paid. Brands decide independently whom to shortlist or engage.
4. Campaign engagements are between you and the brand
Creator Unit provides discovery and matching only. Any agreement, deliverables, content, compensation, or other arrangement that results from a campaign is solely between you and the brand. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, Creator Unit is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for a brand's conduct, payment, or performance - or for yours.
5. Your responsibilities
When using the Platform, you agree to:
- provide accurate information and keep it current;
- connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage;
- not misrepresent your audience, including by using fake, purchased, or artificially inflated followers or engagement;
- use the Platform lawfully, and not to infringe, harass, defraud, or harm others;
- comply with all applicable laws and platform policies, including advertising and disclosure rules - for example, clearly disclosing sponsored content where required.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your social accounts and your content. You grant Creator Unit a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to display your connected profile information and statistics to brands for the purpose of campaign matching, and to operate, secure and promote the Platform. All rights in the Creator Unit name, brand, trademarks, and the Platform itself remain ours. This license ends when you disconnect your account or we delete your data, except for information already shared with a brand in connection with an application you submitted.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Platform, disconnect your accounts, and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOU WILL BE SELECTED FOR ANY CAMPAIGN OR EARN ANY INCOME THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATOR UNIT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY CAMPAIGN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CREATOR UNIT IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF BRANDS OR FOR THE OUTCOME OF ANY CAMPAIGN.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, effective upon posting of the updated version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
